Olympus OM-D E-M5 and use of Lightroom and Olympus Viewer - Part 1

There have been some writing about raw conversion from Olympus cameras using Lightroom and Olympus Viewer. An article by Rob Knight made me give this a bit of try. The first picture is the ORF file as imported into Lightroom 4 and exported as a JPG without any adjustments (except the LR4 default 25 sharpness). The second picture is a 16 bit TIFF file exported from Olympus Viewer 3 with all adjustments to Natural and no Noise reduction, which was imported into Lightroom 4 and exported as a JPG without any adjustments. The third and fourth pictures are the ORF and TIFF files after processing in Lightroom 4.
